What is the Burn Time for Your Candles?
Due to the different wax weights of each candle, their burn times vary.
Please refer to each candle's individual product listing for their approximate burn times.
Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international inquiries, please contact us at luminousessencecandle@gmail.com.
3. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days): £4.95 (Free on orders over £50)
- Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days): £7.95

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. Luminous Essence is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

What are Your Candles Made of?
Our candles are made of coconut-soy wax base. We specially blend in high quality fragrance oils from locally sourced vendors. The majority of our supplies are from the UK! We only use cotton and wooden wicks.
We will never put anything in a candle that is flammable or unsafe. So feel free to light up your new candle and get cozy, knowing that you and your home are in safe hands.
My Candle(s) is Damaged What should I Do?
Oh no! Please email us at luminousessencecandles@gmail.com with your order number plus a picture of the damaged item and we will get back to you ASAP.
Solutions vary, but in most cases Luminous Essence Candles will provide you with a full refund, store credit, or ship a replacement of the exact item purchased.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within seven days of delivery.
